Fruit tartlettes


Mini tart filled with dark chocolate ganache, topped with a strawberry and glazed with red currant preserves.



These delicious fresh fruit tarlettes are made with a sweet pastry crust (pate sucree), filled with madagascan vanilla bean pastry creme (creme patissiere), topped with fresh fruit and an apricot and Grand Marnier glaze.


Each one of these tartlettes is unique in their design, and are perfect for desserts, brunches, coffee breaks or pure endulgement.
